My daughter will be studying in Perth next school year and she is thinking of where to stay. Fortunately I have a friend in Perth who has a Perth investment property for rent. I hope he will charge a justifiable rental fee. Perth is a good place to study and work this time as the city is attaining more progress economically. As for me, I like my daughter to work there after she graduates.
I am really grateful for my daughter who diligently studies. To be able to pay for the rental fee, she plans to work part-time. I am pretty sure that there would be jobs suitable for her there. I am so excited for her future life. With determination and perseverance, she will reach far. Whatever she endeavors to succeed in her career, I will support her all the way.
A decade ago, I desired to have a Perth investment property but since my finances are insufficient to sustain such an undertaking, it did not realize. Maybe in the future, my daughter will be able to acquire one for herself and her family. As of now, I am focused in rearing my other two children. They are a priority in my life. I wish a successful and happy life in the future when they will pursue their own life.
When I reach my retirement age, I want to enjoy it together with my husband. We can go and live somewhere convenient for us. Moreover, I want to go for a vacation in various places. Actually as of now, we are starting to save for our retirement years. In the near future, we want to buy some properties such as Perth investment property so that we can secure our future financial status. I really hope it will happen.
There are people who miss out on saving for their retirement years and we do not want to identify with them that is why, we work so hard to sustain our daily living as well as to save for the future. Moreover, we do not want to depend to our children to financially support us when such time comes. Maybe they could offer financial assistance but only all the time.
When I was younger, I was not really minding to save money especially when I was still single but now I can say that saving for the future is highly advantageous. Besides, we do not know exactly what the future holds but we can prepare ourselves financially by saving money. At least no matter what happens, we can be secured financially. After all, having a financially healthy status is one way to live a convenient life.
I have high hopes that me and my family particularly my children will be able to sustain a comfortable life in the future. We may not be included in among the richest families in Australia but I am still very grateful for having them as part of my life The important thing is that we love and value each other and that my children will receive ample support from us their parents so that they can successfully pursue their dreams and goals in life.
