Are you out of perfume or cologne? It’s time to shop and pick up some scents!

One way to determine what your complimentary ideal smell is like is for you to not take a shower following a strenuous workout or a giant activity spree.

Are you stinky? If so you need to go shopping for a strong perfume or cologne to mask it when the odors get out of control.

If you smeel sweet or musky – use what you currently use – deoderant or body wash or whatever – it’s obviouosly working – but – hey – you can still go shopping for more new scents, right?

Also, make sure that you don’t rinse your hair or add any body spray. After an hour or two, smell yourself. Remember that smell. Then go take a bath with soap, suds, and shampoo and all.

After you’ve taken a bath, smell yourself once more.

I know it seems like a lot of smelling. But smelling is a process that must be done correctly to gaininsight as to your ideal matching scents.

Compare the smell you had before you took a bath and the one after.

Chances are you will be able to note down the exact scent of your body. Recognize and isolate the scents of various artificial smells like those of soaps and get it out of your mind so you only focus on true body odor.

Imagine matching a perfume bottle with your scent in it and you’re set to enjoy this fresh and seductive fragrance that matches your persona. You can also buy this pefume as a holiday gift so your friends and relatives will smell like you too.

Take this scent with you and buy some expensive commercial perfumes. You’ll be in the perfect state of mind and your odor will truly blossom into your own blend of scents that will please those around you whether you are fresh out of the shower or have been lifting exercise balls for hours.
